This can result in a spiral of worsening physical and mental health. We understand how this can take its toll on your emotional wellbeing. As part of our NHS Talking Therapies service, we support adults in Brighton and Hove to cope with the following diagnosed long-term health conditions.








How we support you
Our friendly, qualified team of clinicians can help you if you're struggling to adjust to a diagnosis or experience problems coping as your condition progresses.

Recommended treatments we offer
Attending an online group with other people who also live with a long-term condition and understand what you go through every day. Online groups are facilitated by experienced clinicians who will create an environment where you can share understanding and learn from each other, making you feel less alone.
Access to 'Silvercloud' which is an online platform where you can work through sessions tailored to your needs, at a time that suits you, with assistance from one of our qualified team members.
One-to-one sessions either via telephone, video or face-to-face with a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) who have been trained to work with people living with long-term conditions.
