Wellbeing Service for Students

What we offer

Have you just started university or college? Are you finding it tougher than you imagined?

Leaving your friends, family and home behind to start a new life in a new place is exciting, but it can also be stressful and overwhelming. You may feel pressure to make friends fast and jump into new experiences. Worries about how you’ll manage your money and do well on your course may niggle at the back of your mind.

If it feels like it’s getting too much, we’re here for you. We offer different types of therapies that will help to get you back on track, leaving you free to get the most out of your time at university.

You can refer yourself to the service by completing the online form below.

If you would prefer to complete the form on paper, please call us on 0300 002 0060, or email us at bics.brighton-and-hove-wellbeing@nhs.net and we can send you a copy of the form.

If you are seeking Advice and Information about your own or someone else's emotional wellbeing, we have a dedicated team of people at Mind in Brighton and Hove who are able to help.

Please call us on 0300 002 0060 to get in touch or email bics.brighton-and-hove-wellbeing@nhs.net
