Children & Young People - How To Get Support

face-to-face support

To refer yourself, or a young person you know, into the Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People, complete this form:

online counselling

If you feel that online (email) counselling would suit you better than face-to-face support, and if you are aged between 13 and 17, you can refer in to our E-Wellbeing service by completing the form below:

CAMHS Assertive Outreach Team

This service is for young people aged 14-25 with complex mental health difficulties who due to these difficulties have found services hard to access. If you would like to refer a young person directly to this team, use the referral form below:

 

what happens next?

We will review your referral and contact you to discuss the most appropriate support. This might be one of the Wellbeing Service’s nine options, or we might decide you would be best supported by another service such as CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) or the School’s Wellbeing Service
